NSCLC PDO 2.0: immune baseline and IL-2 condition comparison

CD4/CD8 counts within CD3-positive TILs are shown for LC-1 to LC-4 at day 7 and LC-5 at day 28. The data compare IL-2 conditions within each sample and help select samples and time points for subsequent longitudinal studies.

CD4/CD8 TIL readouts across LC-1 to LC-4

Human NSCLC PDOs LC-1 to LC-4 show CD4 and CD8 TIL counts at d7 across IL-2 conditions, enabling comparison of sample baseline and stimulation context. Blue: CD8; yellow: CD4. The y-axis reports CD3+ TIL counts per 10⁶ total cells.

LC-5 readouts at d28 across IL-2 conditions

LC-5 results at d28 show CD4 and CD8 TIL counts across IL-2 conditions, describing the sample's immune baseline and stimulation context at that time point. Blue: CD8; yellow: CD4. The y-axis reports CD3+ TIL counts per 10⁶ total cells.

Helps select samples and time points for subsequent longitudinal studies

IL-2 conditions and TIL readouts within each sample provide a basis for subsequent longitudinal culture, immune treatment, replication and functional-assay design.

INTERPRETATION

Use immune baseline to select samples, time points and treatment conditions

How the results are used

Identifies measurable T-cell signals and helps select samples, time points and treatment conditions for subsequent longitudinal studies.

Study application

Use CD4/CD8 counts and IL-2 conditions to compare sample immune baselines and design longitudinal culture, key time points and replication.

Follow-on study

Set dose, time, cytokine and flow endpoints around the candidate mechanism, then compare across replicates or independent samples.
