Founder & Chief Executive OfficerTarget discovery, functional genomics & translation
TRiCBIO / 泽维生物
TRiCBIO connects human organoid models with efficacy, safety, mechanism and tumor-immune research. The Nanjing R&D team leads laboratory execution, while teams in Shanghai and Philadelphia provide scientific engagement and project coordination for clients in China and international markets.
Core leadership
The team combines experience in target discovery, functional genomics, ALI organoids, tumor biology, clinical pharmacology and project operations to guide model selection, study design and result interpretation.

Profile and selected publications ↗
Clinical pharmacology, R&D project management & cross-regional coordination
OUR FOCUS
TRiC — Translational Research in Complex Biology
We use human organoids, model QC and multimodal assays to compare candidates, investigate mechanism and plan follow-on studies.
Platform, quality and delivery
Chief Scientist & Chief Technology Officer, TRiCBIO | Co-developer of ALI tumor-immune organoid technology
Scientist profile ↗02Model quality is assessed through morphology, markers and functional readouts, with methods, results and data sources documented in the study record.
Quality and delivery principles ↗03Nanjing, Shanghai (China) · Philadelphia, PA (US)
Teams in Nanjing, Shanghai and Philadelphia support global clients across scientific discussion, study design and project coordination.
See how global projects are coordinated ↗PLATFORM TO PARTNERSHIP
Start with a contract study, models and products, custom development or scientific collaboration—then add assays, mechanism studies and translational work as the program advances.
Combine models, treatment conditions and assay endpoints around efficacy, safety, immune context and mechanism.
See R&D study services ↗MODELS & PRODUCTSStart with established models, culture and assay reagents, with technical support or a TRiCBIO-run study when needed.
Browse models and products ↗CUSTOM DEVELOPMENTDevelop models and methods around specific samples, disease mechanisms or assay endpoints.
Plan custom development ↗SCIENTIFIC COLLABORATIONBring study design, model development, multimodal assays and research outputs into one collaboration.
Discuss a research collaboration ↗TEAM UPDATES & R&D
Client engagement, scientific planning, laboratory execution and result interpretation are coordinated across disciplines. The Nanjing R&D center performs the primary organoid culture, sample-processing and multimodal assay work.
THE TEAMScientific, laboratory and project teams work together from initial discussion and model selection through study execution and result interpretation.

Locations & collaboration
The three locations connect client discussions and project coordination with Nanjing-based R&D execution. For visits, study materials or cross-region coordination, our team will outline practical next steps during the initial discussion.
Leads organoid model development, drug screening, functional validation, multimodal assays and primary laboratory execution.
Works with clients in China on project discussion, scientific coordination and translational collaboration, in close coordination with the Nanjing R&D team.
Supports scientific discussion, study design and cross-regional coordination for international clients. Primary laboratory work is led by the Nanjing R&D team.
