TRiCBIO
Privacy policy
This policy explains how TRiCBIO collects, uses and protects information submitted for project, product and scientific inquiries.
Last updated: September 2, 2026Controller and contact
TRiCBIO is the website brand of 南京泽维生物科技有限公司 (Nanjing Zewei Biotechnology Co., Ltd.), the controller for inquiry information submitted through this website. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to info@tricbio.com.
Information we collect
The full inquiry form collects the name, organization, contact details (at least a work email or phone number), region and inquiry description you provide, plus optional organization type and project stage. Quick inquiry asks only for contact details, with an optional short message; it does not require your name or organization.
Inquiry context
A submission also includes the inquiry type, selected models, products, services or documents, page language, source page and campaign parameters. Quick inquiries are initially routed to the China or international team according to the page language; follow-up can be adjusted to your needs. Initial discussions need only non-confidential project context and de-identified sample information, not patient identifiers or identifiable clinical records.
How information is used
Information is used to understand the request, route it to the appropriate regional team, prepare scientific discussions or quotations, understand website acquisition and improve the site experience. Project information is not used in public marketing without authorization.
Anonymous website analytics
We use aggregated, first-party analytics to understand page use and inquiry journeys and do not deploy third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Form content and direct identifiers are excluded, and the data are not used for third-party advertising or cross-site profiling. Hosting and security infrastructure may use technical cookies required for access, security and abuse prevention, and may process limited technical logs needed to operate and protect the site.
Temporarily keeping inquiry entries
Unsubmitted inquiry entries are kept briefly in the current tab so you can switch language, adjust options or continue where you left off. The draft is cleared after a successful submission and is sent to TRiCBIO only when you submit the form. Privacy consent is not selected automatically.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are stored in a restricted lead system. Routine business access is limited to authorized team members involved in communication and project assessment; technical service providers process information only to the extent needed to provide the relevant service. Records are retained for the shortest period needed for communication, quotation, project management, legal obligations and dispute handling. Records that do not progress into collaboration are deleted or de-identified once follow-up and reasonable business review are no longer needed. Records connected to quotations, contracts or projects are retained according to the relevant contractual, quality, financial and legal requirements. Website aggregates and inquiry records are stored separately.
Technical service providers
Service providers supporting website hosting, data storage and inquiry notifications may process information within the scope needed to provide those services. TRiCBIO requires them to act for the agreed purpose and apply appropriate safeguards.
Returning to browsing results
The current tab briefly keeps catalog filters, selected models and your browsing position so you can return to the same results. This local state is not sent as inquiry content.
International coordination
International programs may involve the international project team for English-language engagement, with primary laboratory work led by the Nanjing R&D team. Requirements for sharing project information across regions are confirmed during project discussion.
Your choices
Contact info@tricbio.com to request access, correction or deletion of information submitted through the website, withdraw consent or stop future contact. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it takes effect. Where applicable, you may also request restriction, object to processing or contact the relevant supervisory authority, subject to legal or contractual retention obligations.
Updates and contact
This policy may be updated as business and regulatory needs evolve. Privacy questions can be sent to info@tricbio.com.
