How the project team works together

A coordinated team for each study

01

Scientific planning

Match models and readouts to the study objective

02

Study management

Keep scope, milestones, materials and communication on track

03

Laboratory research

Run cultures, treatments and assays to the agreed protocol

04

Quality & reporting

Review model QC and results and prepare the study report

05

Bilingual communication

Provide project discussion and feedback in Chinese or English

Your cross-functional project team

The core team spans target discovery, functional genomics, organoid models, tumor biology and biopharma R&D. Model, assay and project specialists work together from scientific planning through experimental execution, data review and delivery.

PROJECT DISCUSSION

Discuss your study with a scientist

Tell us what you want to investigate. Our scientists will discuss suitable models, assays and next steps with you.
